Flu/Pandemic Policy

If you are experiencing fever and flu-like symptoms, you should not report to your test appointment(s).

For the health and safety of other examinees and FTCE/FELE staff, you are urged to comply with the advice of your health-care professional and remain in home quarantine until medically cleared to return to work, school, or other normal activities.

Every effort will be made to reschedule canceled test appointments for examinees with a suspected or confirmed illness without additional fees or penalties.

For future test appointments:

Test appointments can be canceled online by you for any reason up to 24 hours before the test date with no additional fees or penalties.

To cancel a test appointment less than 24 hours in advance or for technical assistance with canceling an appointment, contact Customer Service from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at (866) 613-3281 (toll free, US and Canada only).

No refunds will be given. However, you may request a transfer to another testing date and time as outlined in the Absentee/No Show Policy.
