If you are testing outside of the state of Florida, please check Pearson’s COVID-19 webpage. for state and/or site-specific information regarding COVID-19 requirements or procedures. To find out if your test center has additional requirements, please carefully review the test center information, accessed by clicking on the test center name in the scheduling system.
Once scheduled, any additional requirements will also be included in your appointment confirmation email. Requirements may change after your appointment is scheduled and all candidates are strongly encouraged to carefully review the appointment reminder email, sent a few days before the test, for updated information.
When searching for an appointment to take your test, we offer the following suggestions:
To reschedule your registration, you must select a new appointment date/time and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and complete the reschedule process. When the reschedule is successfully completed, you will receive a new appointment confirmation email and the new appointment details will be reflected immediately in your account.
If you cancel your registration, you will be required to submit a new registration and applicable payment to test on a future test date.
Do not report to the test center. If you miss your appointment due to illness, please review the Absentee/No Show policy, which includes information about requesting a transfer of your test registration.
