Florida-based Pearson VUE-owned test centers and most of our college and university partner sites have reopened. Test centers that are open will appear when searching for appointments during the scheduling process.
Effective June 1, 2021, expired IDs will no longer be accepted. You will need to bring two valid and unexpired forms of identification to the test site otherwise you will not be permitted to test. Refer to the Identification Policy for more information.
Due to Federal Executive Order 14042, all Pearson VUE owned and operated test centers require that all persons entering the test center wear a face mask.
Effective December 1, 2021, all candidates will be required to wear a face mask while inside a Pearson VUE owned and operated testing center. You must bring and properly wear your own face mask the entire time you are at the test center, including throughout your exam.
Partner testing centers, located on college and university campuses, and test centers outside of Florida may have additional COVID-19 requirements and procedures. If the location you select has additional requirements, you are expected to comply with the test center rules.
Candidates who are unwilling to comply with all COVID-19 requirements at a test center will be refused testing and will not receive a refund or transfer of fees.
To find out if your test center has additional requirements, please carefully review the test center information, accessed by clicking on the test center name in the scheduling system. Once scheduled, any additional requirements will also be included in your appointment confirmation email.
Requirements may change after your appointment is scheduled and all candidates are strongly encouraged to carefully review the appointment reminder email, sent a few days before the test, for updated information.
In support of your health and safety and the health and safety of our employees, we will follow recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization for preventing the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we ask that candidates comply with the health and safety guidelines outlined on Pearson's COVID-19 webpage . We strongly encourage candidates to review these guidelines before their test appointment for the most up-to-date information.
When searching for an appointment to take your test, we offer the following suggestions:
To reschedule your registration, you must select a new appointment date/time and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm and complete the reschedule process. When the reschedule is successfully completed, you will receive a new appointment confirmation email and the new appointment details will be reflected immediately in your account.
If you cancel your registration, you will be required to submit a new registration and applicable payment to test on a future test date.
Do not report to the test center. If you miss your appointment due to illness, please review the Absentee/No Show policy, which includes information about requesting a transfer of your test registration.
Please check the Refund policy for more information.
