Official score reports are released within 4 weeks of each examinee's test date. Read more.
You must mail a form and payment to request extra copies of your scores if your score report is no longer available in your account on this website. Read more.
You must reschedule or cancel your test appointment through your account on this website. All changes must be submitted more than 24 hours in advance of your test appointment. Read more about rescheduling and/or canceling appointments.
Score verification sessions allow examinees who did not pass a test the opportunity to review written performance responses and/or multiple-choice items answered incorrectly and to submit scoring challenges. Score verification sessions are not an opportunity to retake the test. You will not be able to change your responses or modify your answers in any way. Read more.
